The location was acceptable.

The room service was slow. I had to call multiple times for basic things like cleaning. The reception staff was unhelpful, with the exception of Aruj and Ahmed. Others showed a poor attitude toward guests.

Maybelle, the receptionist, was very helpful! She made check-in easy. Nishant, the Front Office Manager, was dedicated and professional. The meeting rooms I rented were well-equipped and comfortable.

the gym was not working properly and it was closed for maintenance without notice.

My room had good space. It offered a large comfortable bed and modern furnishings. A work desk was available and very useful. The room has good lighting and blackout curtains, good for resting.

The food provided a wide variety of options, ALL were always fresh. I really enjoyed the restaurant, as well as its atmosphere. The service was also very attentive and the staff was polite.

The swimming pool looked VERY clean and well-kept, though i did not try it. Meeting rooms are available for business needs. The facilities are modern and suitable for work. the hotel is a great choice
